Over the last 16 years, AirClean® Systems has built numerous custom enclosures in order to provide the best level of protection to the customer or their application. Customization can range from small modifications to existing models up to completely custom application-specific enclosures.

Custom Features:
All walk-in enclosures are custom to some degree. This unit was built to customer spec with full rear-wall baffling and HEPA filtration for capture of particulate. Built-in polypropylene bench and extra light boxes were added, along with a timed "go/no-go" indicator tied to filtration monitoring and door switch.

Three horizontal sliding doors have replaced the standard folding sash; unit was built with a flat front (as opposed to standard slant-back design).

Similar to our standard PCR workstations, but larger. Unit was originally sized to enclose the BioMek 2000 & 3000 Automation Workstations; can also enclose other robotic equipment. Internal dimensions are 51.5" wide x 29.5" deep x 29.5" tall.

Metal-Free Laminar Flow Workstation

Custom Features:
Ideal for trace metal analysis, this laminar flow workstation's standard polycarbonate side walls have been replaced with polypropylene, and a wood-encased HEPA filter is used. Lexan screws are used instead of metal screws.
