Accessories that compliment AirClean® Systems products are designed to provide user friendly features for mobility or storage of laboratory equipment and chemicals. Custom sturdy carts and stands provide added options for fume hood placement within the laboratory. Polypropylene fume hoods have the options of both vented and non-vented polypropylene storage cabinets. The vented cabinets are connected to the fume hood filtration package and provide a slight negative pressure.
Our white, epoxy-coated carts are engineered and designed to support AirClean® AC600 Series Ductless Workstations. The stands are constructed of 1.5″ tube stock 14-guage cold-rolled steel with locking casters. All carts feature a two-position moveable base bar for wheelchair or lab chair compatibility. Standard height of 34″ meets ADA requirements. They are designed to be flat packaged and assembled onsite by the end user.

Solucide® is an EPA registered hard surface cleaner, disinfectant, and deodorizer. Solucide® is a broad-spectrum disinfectant spray that is effective in the presence of organic soil. Solucide® contains no alcohol or glutaraldehyde and has a fresh lemon scent.
The manual drum lift is design to accompany AirClean® Systems bulk handling enclosures. The drum lift allows individual operators to raise bulk containers into the PowderSafe Bulk Handling Enclosure during raw sampling or packaging into smaller containers.
Designed primarily for power cord removal from a ductless fume hood, workstation or enclosure, the slip hatch utility access port can also be used to remove air hose lines and other tubing associated with laboratory applications. This feature is important to minimize eddy current within the safety product.
The stainless steel IV bar can be added to any standard AirClean® Systems vertical laminar flow hood or clean bench enclosures. Designed to provide a sturdy and effective position to hang the bags during IV prepare.
Glutra-Mats™ are a very popular product for spill and vapor control, not only in the endoscopy area, but wherever glutaraldehyde-based disinfectants are being opened, used, or poured. This product is a glutaraldehyde-specific neutralizer and is completely dry, making it hygroscopic, so it can pull glutaraldehyde vapors from the air and neutralize them. Designed for use only with glutaraldehyde.
The Aldehyde Clean-Up Kit is compact and can be placed near the point of use as the JCAHO Hazardous Material Plan requires. Each kit contains materials to effectively neutralize and clean-up small spills.
Kit contains: 5 oz. bottle of Green Z solidifier; nitrile gloves; 2.2 oz. pouch of GPT-1; ventilated goggles; glutaraldehyde respirator mask; scoop/scraper; 30 gallon bag and instructions.
Glycinex™ completely neutralizes disinfectant in five minutes. Each pre-measured packet is simple to use and can be added to a container of disinfectant or applied to a spill in seconds. A noticeable color change will occur during deactivation. No overnight waiting to dispose of waste.
Glycinex™ has no corrosive acids or unstable oxidizers. Heating is not required. Larger volumes of glutaraldehyde and OPA based products can be safely neutralized without dangerous heat build-up. Glycinex™ and the neutralized product that is formed are not harmful to active bacteria used in treating sewage and sewer sludge.
Designed to hold a variety of high-level disinfectants, AirClean® Systems pans and trays are available in a variety of sizes. The pans are approved at a variety of temperature levels and many are fully autoclavable.
AirClean® Systems offers injection-molded polypropylene blowers that meet the airflow demand of our full line of total exhaust laboratory fume hoods. These blowers are ideal for highly corrosive applications, where acid fumes would otherwise contact the blower and degrade overall performance. Each blower is treated to be resistant to harmful UV rays and harsh environmental elements. They are available in two configurations depending on the CFM requirements of your installation.
Fixtures are available on all sliding sash ductless fume hoods and AirMax™ polypropylene total exhaust fume hoods. They are installed and color coordinated, per international standards, on each post. All fixtures are pre-plumbed and wired for easy laboratory installation.
Polypropylene molded sinks are light weight and easy to install. Polypropylene is an ideal material for minimizing corrosion problems due to it's excellent chemical resistance. A variety of standard sizes are available.
