AirClean® Systems PharmaSafe ductless enclosure provides protection to the operator and the environment while protecting the process. PharmaSafe is constructed of all white, thermally-fused polypropylene to prevent cracks and crevices that may promote bacteria or spore growth. Polypropylene construction makes the PhamaSafe easy to clean and maintain.

PharmaSafe's microprocessor controller monitors airflow and HEPA filters constantly. Airflow and filter conditions are displayed on an alphanumeric readout.

PharmaSafe's compact design allows it to easily fit onto a standard countertop. PharmaSafe measures only 36 inches wide with a nominal depth of 30 inches. The front opening is designed to close fully to prevent contaminants from entering the enclosure when not in use. A door position switch turns on the blowers when the door is opened.

  1. A
    Room air enters and is pulled into the lower baffle along with a portion of the chamber air. Air travels through the lower baffle and up the rear baffle.
  2. B
    Chamber air is mixed with room air.
  3. C
    Contaminated air is directed through the filtration bed.
  4. D
    The majority of air moves through the HEPA filter which provides ISO 5 clean air to the chamber.
  5. E
    Remaining air is HEPA filtered and exits the enclosure.
